We offer 30-day hustle-free returns. If in any case, you are not happy with your order, just return it or exchange it!

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in unused and in the same condition when you received it.  

How To Return

1. Send an email with your order number and product photo to hi@feenchlet.com.

2. After our customer service team confirm your order is eligible for return, we will send you a return label (including return address). 

3. Properly pack your items and return your package via post office.

4. We will issue your refund in 48 hours after we got your returned package. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other method of payment, within several days, depending on your bank.

About Shipping Fee

1. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, our return or exchange shipment is free of charge.

2. If your reason for return isn't a result of feenchlet error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your reason for exchange isn't a result of feenchlet error, you are responsible for return shipping and exchange shipping. 

What if tracking shows delivered but no package?

1. Contact your local PO to determine if the carrier delivered the package to correct address or some other address. USPS GSP system can track this.

2. Check with your family member and neighbors to see if they have it.

3. We are not responsible for lost packages once it's delivered.
