Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Products Because each piece is uniquely crafted to order based on your pet’s photo and selected design, we are unable to accept returns on personalized products.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your final artwork for any reason, please reach out to us at hi@feenchlet.com. We are dedicated to working with you to ensure you love your final piece.

Non-Custom Items (Pet Essentials) We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and free of pet hair, odors, or damage to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges We are happy to facilitate exchanges for non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is incorrect, the wrong size, or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Action Required: Please contact us at hi@feenchlet.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will resolve it immediately.
