Non-Custom Items
All pet clothing, pet carriers, and other non-custom essentials are covered by our 30-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned in original packaging

Original tags attached

Unworn, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition

Free of pet hair, odors, or damage
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per customer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us

The exchanged item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery status being marked as Delivered

Items must be in re-saleable condition with original tags attached
Additional exchanges may be subject to shipping and handling fees.
Custom Portraits & Personalized Products
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our custom portraits and personalized products, we do not accept returns on these items.
Each artwork is uniquely created based on your pet’s photo and selected design, and is made exclusively for you.
That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are unhappy with your final artwork for any reason, please reach out — we’re always happy to work with you to make things right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

The wrong product

An incorrect size or print

An item damaged during transit
We will replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
