Each custom piece is carefully created just for you and your pet.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 4–8 business days
- Shipping Method: DHL eCommerce Parcel Ground (with tracking)
- Fulfillment Location: Made and shipped from the USA
👜 Pet Essentials (Non-Custom Products)
Thoughtfully selected everyday items for you and your pet.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Time: 6–11 business days
- Shipping Method: USPS (with tracking)
📦 Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced or fulfilled from different locations.
This allows us to deliver each item to you as quickly as possible.
