HOW TO APPLY SEMI-CURED GEL NAIL STRIPS IN 9 SIMPLE STEPS?
Step 1: Wash your hands with hand soap
Wash hands thoroughly with hand soap and water so that your hands are free from dirt and oil . Shape nails and push back cuticles with enclosed wood stick.
STEP 2: START WITH A CLEAN & DRY CANVAS
Use included nail cleanser pads to ensure nails are oil-free and residue-free. Make sure nails are dry before application.
You can also use a course-grit nail file or 3-way sanding block to gently rough up the nailbed for good adhesion.
Step 3: Apply Zinipin Base Gel And Cure (optional)
Apply thin coat of Zinipin base gel to clean nails and then cure with UV lamp (2 minutes with 6W lamp). Any nail lamp will do. Gently wipe nails with cleansing pad until they are no longer tacky. Now your nails are ready for gel wraps application!
STEP 4: FIND YOUR SIZE
Hold the sheet over your nail to find your size. If you are in between sizes, size down so you can stretch and fit. Tips: If you use gel wraps in cold weather, use your hair dryer to heat them up before choosing size. Simply pick up one of your nail wrap sheets and aim the hair dryer at it. Heat the nail wrap for about 3 to 5 seconds. This will improve duability significantly.
STEP 5: PRESS WITH FINGERS
Place a strip over the center of your nail. Press onward from the cuticle line to the nail tips. Leave a slight gap at the cuticle and try not to reposition too much to preserve the adhesive.
STEP 6: PRESS WITH WOOD STICK
Press down firmly on edges using the wood stick. This step is very important to avoid hair snagging.
STEP 7: TRIM
Use a nail scissor to trim the excess.
STEP 8: FILE
Use the included nail file to file firmly across your free edge with one sweeping motion vertically. Make sure the nail strip doesn’t exceed the nail tip. Any overhang will cause chipping or cracking.
STEP 9: CURE
Bake under LED light for 60 seconds. Return unused strips to the box before curing. Done!
Avoid bathing, swimming, dish washing, or other activities requiring sustained water exposure for a minimum of 2 hours after application.
HOW TO REMOVE?
Soak included wood stick to acetone. Gently and slowly lift the nail strip from the corner of the cuticle area toward the tip of the nail with the wood stick. Don’t lift in one quick motion.
